The purpose of this document is to establish the complete and exact rules of the "Win an iPhone 15 with The Candy Store" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "promotion" and/or "competition") for the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules").

1. EVENT ORGANIZER, EVENT ORGANIZER, EVENT TECHNICAL PARTNER
The organizer of the event is the company FullCare s.r.o., IČO: 27254011, with registered office in Prague 2 – Vinohrady, Londýnská 309/81, ZIP Code 120 00, Czech Republic, registered in the commercial register at the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 107917 (hereinafter also referred to as the "organizer ").

2. TIME AND PLACE OF EVENT, CONTEST PRODUCTS, POINTS
1) The event takes place from 06.11.2023 00:00:01 to 10.12. 2023 11:59:59 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as "Event Time"). The event takes place on the territory of the Czech Republic through purchases in brick-and-mortar stores and on the e-shop available on the website www.candy-store.cz

The competitor can participate only if the conditions of purchase are met and by consenting to the processing of personal data.

The event will last for 34 competition days, which correspond to 34 calendar days.

3. EVENT PARTICIPANTS, METHOD OF PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT
1) Any natural person with a delivery address in the Czech Republic who meets the following conditions can participate in the event:

a) buys products over 399 CZK in a brick-and-mortar store

b) purchases products over 799 CZK on our e-shop

c) Consent to the processing of personal data

(hereinafter referred to as "Participant" or "Competitor").

2) In the event of a win by a person under the age of 17, the legal representative's consent to the processing of the winner's personal data, the rules of this event and consent to the physical acceptance of the prize for the minor winner is required, or with its drawdown, granted by the legal representative. A winner under the age of 17 will not be able to win the promotion without this consent.

3) The event cannot be attended by persons who are in a working or other similar relationship with the organizer, technical administrator and/or companies participating in the preparation and organization of this event.

4. PRIZES AND HOW THEY ARE DETERMINED AND DELIVERED

1) A total of 6 prizes are entered into the competition - 2 main prizes, 2 minor prizes and 2 main prizes for the winners from the Czech Republic, which runs from 06.11. 2023 00:00:01 a.m. to 10/12/2023 11:59:59 p.m.

2) Main prizes are based on a random drawing. Raffles are always held at brick-and-mortar stores and the e-shop
3) The following prizes are entered into the promotion in the indicated numbers:
1. Prize - 2x Apple iPhone 15 256 GB Black
2. Prize - 2x Apple AirPods (3rd generation) with MagSafe charging case
3. Prize - 2x  Apple AirPods (2nd generation)

The main prize draw will take place on 15.12.2023. One grand winner from the e-shop and one from the brick-and-mortar store will be drawn each time to win a valuable iPhone 15 prize. Only contestants over the age of 18 can win the grand prize.

The second and third prizes will be drawn on 15 December 2023. One winner from the e-shop and one from the brick-and-mortar store will be drawn each time to win a valuable prize of Apple AirPods 2nd or 3rd generation. Only contestants over the age of 18 can win the prize.

4) In the event that two or more contestants have the same surname (the feminine form of the surname is also considered the same surname) and have provided the same mailing address at the same time, such contestants are considered to be members of the same family. Only one member of each family (within the meaning of the previous sentence) can win the prize; therefore, in the case of several family members involved in the competition, the prize will be given only to the one who was entitled to win the competition.

5. COMMUNICATION WITH WINNERS

1) Each contestant who wins must follow the instructions of the contest organizer. If the winner is a person under the age of 18, their legal representative must follow the instructions. The winner or the sender is not authorized to communicate information about a third party, or to communicate on behalf of a third party, or to request the transfer of the prize to a third party. In this case, it is a violation of these rules of the promotion and the winner and the sender will be excluded from the competition.

2) The prize will be handed over after the winner or his/her legal representative has been informed through informed consent of all rights regarding the personal data of the winners, which the winners will provide to the organizer for the purpose of handing over the prize.

6. METHOD OF DELIVERY OF PRIZES

1) Prizes will be sent by courier continuously, no later than 4 weeks after the end of the competition, i.e. until 07.01.2024.

2) The winner, or the winner's legal representative, is obliged to provide all required information correctly and completely, otherwise the organizer cannot guarantee the delivery of the prize. In the event that the winner provides an incorrect address, the organizer is not responsible for the loss or incorrect delivery of the shipment and is not obliged to provide a replacement payment in the form of a new prize or monetary payment.

3) Participants are not entitled to demand monetary compensation in exchange for prizes in the promotion or to demand any other compensation than those specified in these Rules. Participation in the event or prizes cannot be legally enforced.

4) If the winners do not claim the prizes according to the instructions, their right to the prize expires and the organizer is entitled to dispose of it at its own discretion. Prizes are not transferable to another person, the exception is the acceptance of the prize by a legal representative, see above. Prizes are non-saleable, in the event of misuse of prizes, the participant will be excluded from further participation in the competition.

7. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1) The purpose of processing the personal data of the winners is to communicate with the winners of the competition, or their legal representatives. The processing time is the time absolutely necessary for the evaluation of the competition, a maximum of 3 years, after which these personal data will be disposed of.

2) Personal data of participants, or legal representatives to the extent stated above will be processed by the organizer, as a personal data administrator, based on the consent given by the winners (or their legal representatives) upon confirmation of the right to win.

3) 
Subject consent to the processing of personal data is granted by the participant or the legal representative of the participant freely, voluntarily, unconditionally and informedly after becoming familiar with the above-mentioned information on the processing of personal data.

8. OTHER PROVISIONS

1) The participant of the event will be excluded from the event in the event that the organizer or the organizer finds out, or has a justified suspicion, that there has been fraudulent or unfair behavior on the part of one of the participants or another person who helped the given participant to win a prize, possibly for behavior that does not comply with the rules of fair play or the rules of this event.

2) Entrants are not entitled to reimbursement of prize money or other compensation.

9. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZER, OTHER PROVISIONS

1) The organizer reserves the right to decide at its own discretion on all issues related to the event.

2) The organizer reserves the right to shorten, postpone, interrupt, in any way change or cancel the event without any compensation for reasons worthy of special attention throughout its duration, by announcing the change on the website www.candy-store.cz

3) The organizer is not responsible for any defects in prizes or for any damage caused by event participants. suffered during the withdrawal of winnings. The organizer hereby assumes no other obligations towards the participants of the event and they are not entitled to any other performance by the organizer than those stated in these rules.

4) The organizer and organizer of the event are not responsible for any damage caused in connection with incorrect data provided by the event participant or in connection with the failure to claim, collect, accept, renounce or use the prize.

5) Excerpts from these full Rules or abbreviated rules of the event shown on advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of this event. The only legally binding document for the Event is these complete Rules.

6) The full rules of this promotion are available at www.candy-store.cz and at brick-and-mortar stores. All event participants are bound by these rules.

7) Other relationships not expressly regulated by these rules are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
