When can I expect delivery of my order?
Delivery usually takes place between 3 - 5 working days after your order has been placed.
What are my delivery options?
We use GLS as our delivery courier when delivering your home or work or Zasilkovna if you want to collect at one of their pick-up points all over Czech Republic and Slovakia. For Brno we have our own personal delivery service. Last but not least - pick up at our stores.
How much is shipping going to cost me?

How can I pay for my order?
There are numerous payment methods available - either cash on delivery / collection, online payment via GoPay or Paypal or you can transfer the funds to our CZK or EURO bank accounts prior to shipping.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes - if you wish to pay upon delivery, you must order for over 100kc. For any other payment and delivery method - there is no minimum order amount.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! If you live outside of Prague and Brno, free shipping is applicable for orders over 1499 Kč. For Brno deliveries are free for orders over 999 Kč.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, just drop us an email on info@candy-store.cz and we will get right on it,
Can I return my order?
Yes, if there is anything wrong with your order, write us on info@candy-store.cz and we will do our best to handle your problem to your satisfaction.
The items that I want to order are out of stock or you don't offer them.
We get in shipments on a weekly basis and are constantly expanding our range. If you would like to know when what will be in, get in touch with us on info@candy-store.cz.
What is my order number?
Your order number is listed in the email confirmation you received after placing your order.
