Pea flour 60%, lentil flour 11%, cricket powder 7% ( Acheta domesticus ), poppy seeds, mixed spices [dried vegetables (carrots, onions, tomato powder, parsnips, celery), starch, yeast extract, spices], salt, potato starch, rapeseed oil.
